Commercial Information: Booking history, services requested, and payment metadata.

Note: Payments are processed via Square and Acuity Scheduling. We do not store full credit card numbers on our local servers.

Professional/Health Information: Hair history, chemical treatment records, and allergy disclosures provided during consultations.

Visual Information: "Before and After" photos or videos (collected only with your consent for portfolio/marketing use).

3. Purpose of Collecting Data

We collect your contact details and information for the following reasons:

Service Delivery: To schedule, confirm, and manage your hair appointments.

Secure Payments: To process non-refundable deposits and final balances.

Client Safety: To ensure chemical treatments are safe for your specific hair history and to comply with NY State licensing standards.

Communication: To send appointment reminders and respond to inquiries.

4. Booking & Cancellation Terms

By booking an appointment, you agree to the following business terms:

Non-Refundable Deposits: All deposits are non-refundable. If a partial refund is granted under exceptional circumstances, a $2.50 service fee will be deducted.

Late Policy: There is a 15-minute grace period. A $15 late fee applies after 15 minutes. After 30 minutes, the appointment is a "No-Show" and the deposit is forfeited.

Rescheduling: The booking site does not allow manual changes. You must contact Soosh directly at (914) 768-3900 to reschedule.

Final Payment: Cash is preferred. Zelle payments incur a $2.50 service fee.

5. Third-Party Sharing & Security

In compliance with the NY SHIELD Act, we use administrative and technical safeguards to protect your data. We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with necessary service providers (Square and Acuity Scheduling) to operate our business.

6. Salon House Rules

No Extra Guests: Due to space and safety, no extra guests, children, or pets are allowed in the salon unless they are also receiving a service.

Liability: By booking, clients release Stylez By Soosh from liability regarding undisclosed hair history or allergic reactions to professional products.
