Guests, Children & Pets

• To maintain a calm, focused environment, please do not bring children unless they are being serviced.
• Extra guests and pets are not permitted. We appreciate your cooperation. 

Deposits and Payments

• A deposit is required to secure your appointment and will be applied to your total balance.
• Your remaining balance is due in person at the time of service.
• Accepted payments: Cash or Zelle
• Note: A $2.50 processing fee applies to all transactions
   

Late Arrivals

• Please plan to arrive on time.
• A $15 late fee applies if you arrive more than 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment time.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• All deposits are non-refundable.
• Need to reschedule? Contact us directly — do not cancel or reschedule through the website, as this will result in forfeiture of your deposit. 914-768-3900
• Same-day cancellations and reschedules will also forfeit the deposit. In rare cases where a refund is approved by management, a $2.50 processing fee will be deducted.
