We can't wait to serve you. Before booking, take a moment to review the info below — it keeps your visit smooth from start to finish.
Guests, Children & Pets
- To maintain a calm, focused environment, please do not bring children unless they are being serviced.
- Extra guests and pets are not permitted. We appreciate your cooperation.
Deposits and Payments
- A deposit is required to secure your appointment and will be applied to your total balance.
- Your remaining balance is due in person at the time of service.
- Accepted payments: Cash or Zelle
- Note: A $2.50 processing fee applies to all transactions
Late Arrivals
- Please plan to arrive on time.
- A $15 late fee applies if you arrive more than 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment time.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
- All deposits are non-refundable.
- Need to reschedule? Contact us directly — do not cancel or reschedule through the website, as this will result in forfeiture of your deposit. 914-768-3900
- Same-day cancellations and reschedules will also forfeit the deposit. In rare cases where a refund is approved by management, a $2.50 processing fee will be deducted.
Liability
- By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and accept that Stylez By Soosh is not liable for complications arising from allergic reactions, pre-existing conditions, or similar circumstances.
